Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide customer support in English and Spanish as needed.
• Assist customers with product questions, availability, pricing, specs, and orders.
• Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately.
• Prepare quotes, order confirmations, invoices, and related documents.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, shipping, and operations teams.
• Follow up on backorders and shipping issues.
