Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable support.
• Schedule installation, service, and maintenance appointments using dispatch software.
• Route field technicians to match skills and location to each job.
• Coordinate with the field team via phone, text, and internal systems.
• Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Help process basic paperwork and keep customer records accurate.
