Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The role collaborates with the Territory Manager to foster lasting relationships, manage orders, resolve issues, and maintain CRM data.

The position is onsite and can be based in Brooksville, FL or Nephi, UT. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication skills, and CRM experience; bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales or customer service.
• Bilingual in English & French preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM databases.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Territory Manager to build long-term customer relationships.
• Handle order status, warranties, credit holds, and escalated issues efficiently.
• Maintain CRM data and provide weekly updates on order status and history.
