Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and through digital channels.
• Assist consumers with account inquiries, payments, and repayment options.
• Help identify payment solutions that work for both the consumer and the company.
• Explain auto loan balances, monthly payments, and repayment plans.
• Process vehicle surrender and redemption requests.
• Educate consumers regarding bankruptcy plans and account requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors regarding repossession and redemption activities.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
• Navigate multiple systems while managing calls, emails, and chats.
• Clearly communicate processes and next steps to ensure a positive customer experience.
