Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. They are also expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure high client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain the store's visual standards. The role involves achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
Job duties include contact with customers, which may involve minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items, under supervised or unsupervised conditions. A criminal history review is required to protect the business, its reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, and the public.
