Job description

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. They are also expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high store standards. These specialists aim to deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

Job duties include contact with customers, which may involve minors; access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company requires a criminal history review to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of staff, customers, vendors, and the public.

The selected individual will work within a 15-mile radius of store #725016 at 26082 John J Williams Hwy, Millsboro, DE 19966, and store #703692 at 18585 Coastal Hwy, Unit 9, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Proficient in English and Spanish (reading, writing, communication)
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation
• Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Experience selling paint and related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
