Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries with care and innovation

• Communicate appropriately and de-escalate when necessary
• Track call information for reporting
• Provide feedback on call issues
• Upsell when appropriate

We seek fearless individuals who are bilingual (English and Spanish fluent), able to work remotely, with at least 6 months of customer service experience, and other qualifications listed in the description.
