A leading company in the paint industry is seeking dedicated Customer Service Specialists to provide exceptional service to customers while achieving sales goals. In this role, you will assist customers, process transactions, and ensure product knowledge is up-to-date. Ideal candidates are bilingual, have a passion for service, and can lift up to 50 lbs.
Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Store associates and Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high quality and visual standards of the products and store. They are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company reviews criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.
The selected individual will be expected to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of store # 723834, located at 89 Atlantic Ave, Suites 1&2, Ocean View, DE 19970.
