Qualifications

Customer Service Representative – Foodservice Export

We are a growing foodservice company specializing in international exports and are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical in supporting international customers, coordinating export orders, and ensuring smooth communication across logistics and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and process orders for international clients
• Coordinate order entry, export documentation, and shipment follow-ups
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, logistics providers, and internal teams
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of export documentation and international shipping requirements
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Previous customer service experience (foodservice, logistics, or international trade preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) or bonded facilities
• Knowledge of export processes, documentation, and international logistics

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
