Mary Kay Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of the company, supporting independent sales force, customers, and consumers across phone, email, web chat, and social media. You’ll help resolve questions and provide guidance with a service‑driven mindset rooted in respect and our Golden Rule philosophy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with Spanish/English bilingual

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and sales force support across multiple channels.
• Assist with profile maintenance, compensation and program inquiries.
• Resolve service requests using established guidelines; escalate when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and document all interactions.
• Participate in meetings and training; stay current on promotions and products.
• Support team with escalations, training, and workload balancing.
• Meet productivity and quality goals while promoting collaboration.
