Job summary

Mary Kay is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of the company across phone, email, web chat, and social media, supporting independent beauty consultants, customers, and consumers.

You'll resolve questions, provide guidance, and ensure a positive experience by delivering service rooted in respect and our Golden Rule philosophy. This role requires 3+ years of experience and fluent Spanish/English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Spanish/English bilingual fluency required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and sales force support including password resets, order status inquiries, and order fulfillment.
• Assist with profile maintenance, compensation and production inquiries, career path questions, promotions, contests, and programs.
• Resolve service requests using established guidelines; escalate as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurately document all customer interactions.
• Participate in meetings and training; stay current on promotions, products, systems, and procedures.
• Support team success by assisting with escalations, training efforts, and workload balancing.
• Meet individual and team productivity and quality goals while promoting collaboration.
