Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, recommend solutions, and help achieve store sales goals. The role requires in-person engagement at stores within a 10 mile radius of Store #701140 in Columbus, OH.

You will handle sales transactions, answer product questions, stock displays, and support deliveries as needed. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs;

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and stock on display.
• Assist in stocking shelves, tinting/mixing products, and loading deliveries.
