You'll start with call-center style support, answering questions, resolving concerns, and building trust. As you grow, you'll have training and opportunities to advance into a Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent, with a clear career path and earning potential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high‑volume phone environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong listening skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and a collaborative team player.
