Job summary

Staffing Now in Irving, TX partners with a Financial Services company to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, resolving inquiries, processing payments, and managing cancellations and refunds. Training runs 7:00am to 3:45pm for 2-3 weeks, followed by a 10:15am–7:00pm work shift in office.

Strong multi-tasking and team collaboration are essential. The position requires 3–5 years in customer service or related sales roles, proficiency with MS Office,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service, lead generation and/or sales experience in warranty, auto-insurance, or dealership preferred.
• Team mentality with collaboration and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office; AS4000 experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt to different personalities and negotiations.
• Results oriented; able to multi-task in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Training/Working Schedule:

• Handle customer questions, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within appropriate time limits and follow up to ensure resolution


• Accurately capture customer info related to payment, contract questions, billing, and cancellation


• Handle delinquents with calls, emails, letters, and reporting


• Process cancellations & refunds and keep reporting up to date

• Handle verifying and calculating if a customer is eligible for a mileage waiver

Job Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of previous customer service, lead generation and/or sales experience in warranty, auto-insurance, or dealership preferred.


• Possess a team mentality that emphasizes collaboration and support with the ability to work independently and part of a team


• Highly proficient in MS Office; intermediate PC Skills, AS4000 experience is a plus


• Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities and situations that could require negotiation and conflict resolution


• Results oriented, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and successfully work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
