Job summary

Staffing Now in Irving, TX partners with a Financial Services company to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, resolving inquiries, processing payments, and managing cancellations and refunds. Training runs 7:00am to 3:45pm for 2-3 weeks, followed by a 10:15am–7:00pm work shift in office.

Strong multi-tasking and team collaboration are essential. The position requires 3–5 years in customer service or related sales roles, proficiency with MS Office,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service, lead generation and/or sales experience in warranty, auto-insurance, or dealership preferred.
• Team mentality with collaboration and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office; AS4000 experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt to different personalities and negotiations.
• Results oriented; able to multi-task in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively identify and assess customer's needs to improve customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer questions, provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Accurately capture customer info related to payment, contract questions, billing, and cancellation.
• Handle delinquents with calls, emails, letters, and reporting.
• Process cancellations & refunds and keep reporting up to date.
• Verify and set up payments.
• Take overflow queue calls for quoting.
• Verify eligibility for mileage waiver.
• Assist with administrative duties.
