Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our service guests. You''ll answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Fast-Track Your Earnings

In addition to the $20 or $21 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses:

• Up to $275/month Productivity Bonus
• Up to $750/month for Shown Appointments
• Up to $200/month Quality & Call Performance Bonus

That's up to an additional $1,225 per month in bonus opportunities on top of your regular pay.
