Job summary

Penske Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for service guests. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and assist customers with service-related needs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Fast-Track Your Earnings

In addition to the $20 or $21 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses:

• Up to $275/month Productivity Bonus
• Up to $750/month for Shown Appointments
• Up to $200/month Quality & Call Performance Bonus

That's up to an additional $1,225 per month in bonus opportunities on top of your regular pay.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent; and one to two years of related experience and/or training in a customer service or receptionist or similar position. One year prior experience in a dealership; or equivalent combination of education and experience
