Job summary

Penske Automotive Group in Chandler is seeking a Customer Service Representative to turn conversations into careers. You will be the first contact for service guests, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and documenting interactions with care.

Fast-Track Your Earnings

In addition to the $20 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses:

• Up to $275/month Productivity Bonus
• Up to $750/month for Shown Appointments
• Up to $200/month Quality & Call Performance Bonus

That's up to an additional $1,225 per month in bonus opportunities on top of your regular pay.
