Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Prior tire knowledge: sizes, brands, applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn company software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual and professional.
• Willingness to participate in outside sales training.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist customers in English and Spanish.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information on tire sizes, brands, pricing and availability.
• Assist customers with tire selection and product questions.
• Resolve customer service concerns and order discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and outside sales reps.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Shadow outside sales representatives and participate in training.
• Assist with additional sales responsibilities as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
