Job description

Company in Vinings, GA is in need of a Spanish/English speaking support agent in the call center. The candidate needs to be experienced in customer service, must be analytical and have problem-solving skills, and have a typing speed of 45 wpm+. This is an inbound support center position answering talent calls and chats. Remote schedule. Must be able to work between the hours of 10-7 or 11 AM - 8 PM. Apply Today!

Responsibilities

1. Provide inbound telephone, email, and chat support to internal and external customers
2. Navigate through basic and more complex concerns using various knowledge, tools, and resources
3. Identify and escalate priority issues and follow up with customers when necessary
4. Document all calls in accordance with standard operating procedures
5. Render outstanding levels of service in a professional and thorough manner
