Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and speak English; must also read, write, and speak Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a acceptable performance rating.
• Internal HR Cloud eLearning courses completed for current role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers to achieve store goals.
• Assist customers in person and by phone; determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Maintain in-stock presentation and merchandising.
• Support deliveries and stocking as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and available options.
• Follow inventory control procedures.
