Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring for a Full-time Customer Service Specialist at Store #702301 in Asheville, NC. You will help retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, recommend products, and ensure satisfaction while achieving store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, tinting/mixing products, stocking shelves, and delivering support as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends with/without accommodation.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have at least a 3 rating on recent appraisal.
• Must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Meet sales goals on monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory records.
• Pull products from floor/warehouse and tint/mix per specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store equipment clean.
• Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas; stay informed on products.
