Job summary

ProPivotal is seeking a hybrid role in Framingham, MA to support families in accessing child care financial assistance and related resources. You will handle public-facing calls and referrals, maintain accurate records across multiple systems, and ensure timely, data-driven referrals.

The position offers a meaningful impact by guiding families to the help they need and contributing to statewide data accuracy. Work hours are Monday–Friday with morning or early afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills across multiple platforms and databases.
• Ability to toggle between screens and enter data accurately.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole.
• Call-center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine families' eligibility for child care financial assistance or subsidies.
• Add qualified families to the Subsidy Wait List accurately.
• Provide correct information about local child care programs and providers.
• Assist with special projects and disaster response efforts by providing accurate information.
• Maintain data integrity and follow all protocols and guidelines.
• Use empathy and active listening to guide callers to suitable resources.
