• Build customer satisfaction by actively listening and applying product and process knowledge.
• Navigate multiple systems and platforms while assisting customers.
• Adapt communication to provide a positive, empathetic experience.
• Document information according to guidelines.
• Support departmental projects and other developmental opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
