Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Customer Service Associate to serve as the first point of contact for customers, agents, and internal partners. You will manage a high volume of inquiries with empathy and accuracy, building trust while expanding knowledge of products, systems, and processes.

Training hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with a typical schedule following training. The role offers base salary with benefits and performance-based incentives, and is based in Spokane

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and manage time effectively.
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from customers via calls, emails, chats and other methods.
• Educate and respond accurately using product, systems and business knowledge.
• Document interactions following guidelines and procedures.
• Build customer satisfaction and trust through active listening.
• Support departmental projects and other opportunities as needed.
