Position Summary: Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a growing local company in Fort Lauderdale to find an articulate, customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will act as the primary voice of the company, delivering exceptional support, managing inquiries, and bridging communication for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.

Requirements:
