Responsibilities include building relationships, handling inquiries about insurance, educating about options, and promoting growth while pivoting to sales.

Qualifications

• Must speak/write Spanish fluently.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Sales experience preferred; must obtain Property and Casualty License before start.
• Must obtain Life/Health License before start.
• Able to achieve agreed marketing goals.
• Interested in marketing products based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service including insurance inquiries, policy changes, and billing clarifications.
• Use a needs-based review to educate customers about options.
• Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting business growth.
• Assist office with pivot sales, approx. 50% of the role.
