• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
• Stock shelves and assist in deliveries and store displays.
• Stay informed about product features and options and comply with inventory controls.
