Job summary

Lingo Staffing is seeking a bilingual Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to start ASAP. The role supports customer service, order management, invoicing, shipping/logistics, and inventory control. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; Pay: $20-$24/hour based on experience.

You will coordinate orders, communicate with customers, manage shipping/logistics, and work with Warehouse Management Systems to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Shipping/logistics and invoicing experience desired.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Outlook & Teams.
• Organized, self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Professional communication and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders and follow up with Compliance and Kitting through completion.
• Communicate with customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Assist with shipping, logistics, invoicing, and inventory control.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and ensure accurate order processing.
