Kalkomey Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to support customers across phone, email, and chat in English and French. This role emphasizes responsive, accurate help and empathetic service, with escalation to senior agents for complex issues.

Location is Canada-based (Ottawa/Quebec) with fixed Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday shifts including weekday evenings. A strong customer-first mindset and adherence to processes are essential.

Competenze

• Bilingual fluency in French and English, written and verbal is required.
• Minimum of one year in an inbound call center environment.

Mansioni

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels in English and French.
• Resolve routine issues using established procedures and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
