• Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate data entry for processing and computer operations.
• Train CSRs and interpret RGEC tariffs to members.
• Process new accounts, service orders and credit checks.
• Manage billing, payments and collections activities.
• Prepare and file correspondence and reports for Area Operations Manager.
