This full-time role requires a strong leadership presence, ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships, and the capacity to respond after hours.

Qualifications

• Oversees custodial staff; determines staffing levels for work projects.
• Inspects daily areas to ensure cleanliness and meets occupants' expectations.
• Prepares schedules and biweekly payroll; maintains records.
• Trains custodians and enforces new procedures and policies.

Responsibilities
