Job summary

UG2, a Boston-based facility services provider, seeks a Custodial Account Manager with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency to oversee daily custodial operations and staff in a dynamic facility. This on-site, full-time role requires 5–10 years custodial management experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

You will manage equipment, procurement, QA/QC, and contractor performance while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in Facility Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–10 years of custodial management and/or training experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of floor care.
• Proven leadership skills to engage and motivate a large team.
• Excellent communication with all levels of management, staff, clients, and customers.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial operations and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure adequate inventory for facility operations.
• Direct and monitor custodial contractor activities to meet standards.
• Snow removal for the site.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of custodial operations.
