Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in facility management or related field.
• 5–10 years of custodial management experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of floor care and custodial operations.
• Proven leadership to engage and motivate large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial operations, equipment, supplies and scheduling.
• Direct and monitor custodial contractors to meet standards and objectives.
• Maintain documentation related to custodial operations for the facility.
• Supervise custodial staff, including hiring and development.
• Develop QA/QC processes aligned with best practices and regulations.
• Oversee infrastructure assessments for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Demonstrate leadership and uphold safety, quality, and service standards.
• Deliver UG2's commitment to excellent customer service.
• Develop custodial programs aligned with client demands and specifications.
