Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual Custodial Supervisor to oversee and train custodial staff, ensuring sanitation and OSHA compliance at the site. The role requires coordinating activities, providing equipment and supplies, and maintaining safety standards.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00 AM–12:00 PM, with a compensation range of $75,000–$80,000 per year. A bachelor's degree with related experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, or service teams preferred.
• May require valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise custodial staff and activities.
• Train employees in tasks, safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure services meet site needs and provide equipment and supplies.
• Inspect areas for quality, service and safety; report findings.
• Evaluate and recommend custodial supplies and equipment.
• Ensure contractor services meet contract requirements through inspections.
• Hire, plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain records of attendance and metrics; address issues and safety concerns.
• Ensure team adheres to SBM policies and safety requirements.
