Pay-O-Matic is New York City's most accessible financial services company transforming lives and communities. The CSR role is full-time, in-person at 271 East 149th Street, Bronx, NY 10456, offering weekend/holiday shifts and cross-location coverage.

As front-line Customer Service Representative you will use POS systems, process money transfers, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional guest service.

Formación

• Experience in customer service.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience handling financial transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work at nearby locations when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional guest service per company standards.
• Use POS system for all transactions.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process money transfer transactions and manage POS operations.
• Maintain compliance with banking-related policies and store procedures.
