Job summary

Access to Healthcare Network (AHN) is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) in Reno/Las Vegas for a temporary 3–6 month role. The CSR will answer calls, assess needs, triage to programs, and support appointment scheduling for HIV Services eligibility and health coverage enrollment.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong customer service, data entry accuracy, and collaboration with the HIV Services team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Experience with vulnerable populations or healthcare/social services strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and triage incoming calls professionally and compassionately.
• Schedule appointments for HIV Services eligibility and health insurance enrollment.
• Document all interactions in Access databases and maintain accurate caller information.
