You will guide customers through the initial claims process, enter confidential information accurately, and maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity while coordinating with multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Creole is required.
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.

AFIC is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in both English and Creole. This is primarily an English-speaking role, with assistance provided to Creole-speaking customers as needed. Candidates must be comfortable handling professional phone conversations in both languages throughout the day.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English and Creole is required
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or collections experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Consistent attendance and reliability
• High school diploma or equivalent (insurance experience a plus)

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience
