Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking a reliable, customer-focused CSR to join our office team in Cicero, IL. The role supports the customer journey from first contact through service completion, requiring strong organization, professionalism, and clear communication with customers and field teams.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling calls and coordinating schedules, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling phone and in-person interactions.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and manage time.
• Valid driver’s license required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule cleaning services and in-home estimates for new and existing customers.
• Perform in-home estimates, accurately assessing customer needs and service pricing.
• Conduct quality checks on completed cleanings to ensure company standards are met.
• Follow up with customers to address questions, feedback, or concerns.
• Coordinate schedules between customers and cleaning teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in scheduling software.
• Assist with administrative tasks and office support.
• Help grow and retain customers by delivering exceptional service and solutions.
