Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our office team. This role delivers an excellent customer experience from first contact through service completion, with organized, professional interaction with customers and field teams.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers, have strong organization, and be capable of coordinating schedules, estimates, and quality checks to ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• comfort speaking on the phone and interacting with customers in person.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills including email and data entry.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred for in-home estimates.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Schedule cleaning services and in-home estimates for customers.
• Perform in-home estimates, assessing needs and pricing.
• Conduct quality checks on completed cleanings to uphold standards.
• Follow up with customers to address questions or concerns.
• Coordinate schedules between customers and cleaning teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service notes.
• Assist with administrative tasks and office support.
