Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days (agency pays for one exam attempt).
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, in person, and through agency channels.
• Provide service in both Spanish and English with clarity and professionalism.
• Help customers with payments, policy questions, and account updates.
• Follow up to ensure questions and service needs are resolved.
• Refer customers to licensed team members for coverage changes.
• Document calls and updates in the agency system.
• Support licensing classes and ongoing product education.
