Misty Virgil State Farm is hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Receptionist in Mesa, AZ. This is an in-office role working 30-35 hours per week, and it's a great fit for someone who is warm and organized on the front lines of a busy agency — and who wants a clear path into a licensed insurance career. You'll receive hands‑on training and coaching from a local agency team that values consistency, reliability, and professional growth.

No insurance experience is required. We'll help you get licensed: you'll have 90 days to obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C) license, the agency will pay for one exam attempt, and your pay increases once you pass.

Pay

• $18.00 per hour to start
• $19.00 per hour once you pass your P&C licensing exam
• 30-35 hours per week
