Misty Virgil State Farm in Mesa, AZ is seeking a bilingual Receptionist to join our in-office team on a 30-35 hour weekly schedule. This role offers hands-on training with a clear path to licensure and a Property & Casualty license within 90 days, the agency paying for one exam attempt.

No prior insurance experience is required; you will be supported by a local team, receive licensing assistance, and have opportunities for growth as you advance toward becoming a licensed insurance professional.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone and in person.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to obtain the Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire (agency pays for one exam attempt).
• Coachable, upbeat, and happy working as part of a team.
• Experience not necessary — full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and answer incoming calls as the first point of contact for the agency
• Support customers in both Spanish and English with clarity and care
• Schedule appointments and direct customers to the right team member
• Handle customer service requests such as payments, policy questions, and follow-ups
• Log calls, notes, and customer updates in the agency's system daily
• Keep the front office organized and running smoothly
• Complete licensing classes and ongoing product education
