Job summary

R3 Continuum seeks diverse behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Minneapolis and surrounding areas in Minnesota. This contract role focuses on assisting organizations and employees affected by disruptive events, with a special emphasis on bi-lingual Spanish-speaking clinicians.

Independent consultants enjoy flexible scheduling, crisis training, personalized support, and simple electronic reporting via a mobile app.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Minnesota (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist)
• Master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance ($1,000,000/$3,000,000)
• Willing to complete R3C crisis response training or CIR training

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after disruptive workplace events.
• Expand R3 Continuum's network in Minneapolis and surrounding areas.
• Operate as an independent consultant with flexible, case-by-case scheduling.
