Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC in Colorado seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join as a Critical Incident Responder. This independent contractor role delivers on-site crisis support to organizations and employees after disruptive events, with emphasis on Spanish-speaking communities.

Independent licensed clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) with a master’s degree and malpractice coverage are invited to apply. CIR training or credentials required to start.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Master's degree in mental health required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 required.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees following disruptive events.
• Support expansion of R3 Continuum's clinician network, especially for Spanish-speaking clients.
• Maintain professional standards and complete required reporting via the mobile app when applicable.
