Job summary

R3 Continuum LLC seeks licensed behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support in Albuquerque and nearby areas in New Mexico. Independent consultants will support organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events, with a focus on compassionate, community-centered care.

Requirements include NM licensure (LPC/LPCC/LMFT/LCSW/ Psychologist), a master's degree in mental health, malpractice insurance, and willingness to complete CIR training.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in the State of New Mexico (LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Expand R3 Continuum's network in Albuquerque and surrounding areas in New Mexico.
