Job summary

R3 Continuum is seeking diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals who speak Spanish to expand our crisis support network in Atlanta and the surrounding areas in Georgia. You will provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

The role is for independent consultants, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact communities directly.

Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish required.
• Independently licensed in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Master's degree in mental health required.
• Malpractice and professional liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of CIR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events in Atlanta and surrounding areas in Georgia.
