Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in the State of Minnesota (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health is required.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 is needed.
