Job summary

Pacific Clinics is seeking a qualified clinician for the Neurodevelopmental Services program in California. The role involves case management to support neurodiverse clients, including crisis stabilization and community-based services.

Under supervision, you will collaborate with families and providers to coordinate supports, develop strength-based treatment plans, and ensure services are delivered with dignity and respect for autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Welfare, Education or related field and one (1) year of experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, provides case management to ensure neurodiverse-affirming practices and placement in least restrictive home settings.
• Provides intensive short-term crisis supports and safety planning for neurodivergent clients and families.
• Meets with clients and caregivers in home and community settings to develop and ensure needed supports and services.
