Actus Consulting Group seeks a Japanese bilingual Business Analyst specialized in Counterparty Credit Risk, based in New York. Visa/work permit offered for eligible candidates.

You will liaise with global teams, gather requirements, and drive risk technology initiatives through full lifecycle. The role requires 10+ years in credit risk BA, fluency in Japanese and English, strong derivatives knowledge, and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in the Credit Risk domain.
• Business level Japanese and English (Reading/Writing/Listening/Speaking).
• Deep understanding of derivatives: Options, Futures, Forwards, Swaps.
• Expertise in Counterparty Credit Risk, PV/EPE/PFE, CSA, collateral data, Basel III.
• Agile experience with Scrum and Kanban using JIRA and Confluence.
• SQL proficiency; MS SQL Server and Snowflake experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Python; SDLC awareness and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders across Exposure Management, Counterparty Risk Management, Risk Analytics, and Model Validation to gather requirements for Credit Risk Technology projects.
• Lead Credit Risk Technology projects through the business analysis lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Manage expectations and negotiate solutions among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Prepare and manage detailed Counterparty Risk documentation; facilitate design discussions with technology teams.
• Develop and review test cases/scripts; validate data extracts and reports with UT/SIT, UAT with business users.
• Investigate PV/EPE/PFE related production issues for risk monitoring and reporting.
• Create and run database queries to analyze daily exposure reports and back testing outputs.
• Communicate requirements from local teams to global remote teams.
